Website - 'error' appears in URL when trying to checkout.
phone - every 03 number I call says "please provide a number for your account" which I don't have so can't go anywhere
Support - doesn't connect with an agent; the chatbot is completely dumbfounded by this issue
Broadband support - switching to sky - link is broken (404) and takes you back to the store page.
How on earth am I supposed to buy broadband? No sales team phone number and the website is totally useless.
if this is a sign of things to come I think I might reconsider 😞
