Bill

Direct debit has been taken out, full bill amount. Account says bill hasn't been paid. I am also still owed money back from sky.

It may take a day or two for the payment to clear and say paid - do not make any manual payments.

 

What do Sky owe you for?  (And does this show on your account)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

They owe me over £100 for broadband over payment for services I was unable to use.

They have owed this since march. I was told I would receive a check but haven't received anything.

Cheques would only normally be issued for closed accounts.  Anyway, you'll have to call and chase I'm afraid.
