If it is wrong then you will have to pay it first then you can call Sky to speak to them about as that is the way it works.

I have been with sky for 17 years  and  in February  i phoned them and spoke  to the retention team, and retention put it this way i have a 55inch  sky glass tv  and a puck all paid up,so i have everything  expect t n t sports on a two year contract  for less than £80 a month and sky gigafast  broadband  900mps  on a two year contract  for less that £45  a month

You have few options if Sky believe you are in breach of contract.

As you're not going to pay then you can either 'ignore it' until Sky take further action or attempt to call by using a number they don't recognise (or use the 141 prefix to withhold).

There's little else us other customers can advise...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

See my last post.  When your services are restricted the automated line won't let you progress until you pay.

The unfortunate reality is that even if you could discuss it with Sky now, there's nothing they will do to help with a bill that is already overdue.
