Why my bill has gone up to 109euro

My bill in Jan was 84 euro it's now gone to 109euro which I can't afford so why the sudden jump. I won't have any alternative but to cancel from April onwards.

As customers here, like you, we don't know. A combination of the annual price increase in April and perhaps a discount expiring.
