No idea. We can't see your bills. Check the online bill and compare it to a previous months to see what's different. Likely a discount ending.

@Sarah8340  Are you a new customer or an existing customer whose discounts may have ended?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
