Hi @louisetaylor   You should be able to do that here Your Sky Bills | Sky.com. Change payment method.

Sky do not do payment plans for active accounts.

Are your services restricted because if they are the only way Sky will restore them is to pay what you owe in full as well as setting up your payment method.
