The bill did not come out Friday even though the money was in the account later have paid just when will my tv be working again

@TJ71  Are your services restricted?   If so and you pay by direct debit it would only occur of the 1st attempt of payment and 2nd attempt 10 days later fail.

 

Have you setup a new direct debit? In addition you may need to wait for a card payment to clear beofre services are restored
