Bill

Hi if I pay some of my bill before it is due will I get charged again when it is due

Manual payments will go as credit on your account to reduce your next bill. Once the bill is generated the Sky systems will have scheduled in the full amount to be paid via the automated payment system (direct debit or card payment).

Possibly, which is why you should never make a manual payment if you have a direct debit or continuous card payment set up.

Yes. We see a lot of posts on here from customers who have made unnecessary manual payments and when the normal payment is taken as well it leaves them a bit short.
