Bill

My bill failed to come out of my bank but then I put the money into my account for it to be taken out, will the bill come from my bank still or will it come from the money that I've put into my account please help lol:)

If you pay by direct debit @Niamh15 then Sky will try again 10 days after the first failed attempt so do not make any manual payment as doing so will not Sky from taking it as well.

 

If you pay by a credit or debit card and Sky usually takes the payment from this then you will need to make the payment yourself.
