Bill

Hi i have received my bill but you guys are expecting me to pay £116 but i cant afford that its well more than my bill is meant to be i would like to speak to someone as soon as possible

I have been with sky for a while but my bill has been from £30 - £116 in the space of 2 years and I only have the standard package which is just entertainment and broadband but I don't use my sky box anymore so I cancelled it now they want me to pay £116
