Bill was paid on 22nd but service been turned off

I paid my sky phone bill on the 22nd November but my services have been turned off saying I owe a bill that isn't due till end of the month.

What other services from Sky do you have or are you just a Sky mobile customer ?

 

Do you usually pay by a direct debit or continuous debit/credit card each month ?

 

The reason I ask is there has to be more to this than what you have posted here as Sky would not suspend anyone services if the bill has been paid.
