If your discounts have ended you may be paying the full price and need to renegotiate a new deal.

Nope, as we're other customers here and cannot see your bills.
You can check your bills from your account.
If it's recently increased then it's likely your discounts have expired. You can either continue paying full rate, cancel or call Sky to negotiate a new 2 year deal.
