Bill still incorrect after weeks

On the 4th August I was offered a new deal by retentions which I agreed to. However this is still not reflecting in my next predicted bill. Despite numerous calls and promises this would be fixed it is still incorrect. Any advice would be appreciated

You will have to persevere in calling Sky unless you wish to make a complaint which is explained in this link
