Bill reduction

I upgraded for sky q and broadband. I never received TV because of technical issues and cancelled the TV after 6 weeks of no TV. They are now billing me for said TV even though they were the fault. Can I in all honesty get a reduction? Yes I have tried.

If you are being billed for a service you have not got and Sky did agree to let you cancel then you need to call them to find out why they are billing you and for what you have paid to be refunded.
