Just want to change my direct debit account but system won’t let me
Is anyone else experiencing this exercise and frustration? I want to change my payment details for my monthly bill for my sky glass to a different bank account, but the app won't let me. I tried again online and it won't let me there either. I tried looking for help but the virtual assistant can't help me. I called the number and it is just a robot that again can't help me. I just want to speak to a human being. Why are there no humans?

Are you a new customer? If you are then two payments have to be processed before any change of payment date or method can be changed.

If it continues give Sky a call. All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

@Daniel0210 I already did that. It doesn't put me through to anyone. If I say nothing it just hangs up & when I try following the instructions it just texts me a link back to the same part of sky that doesn't work.
