I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hi just my mobile bill which was supposed to have been put on a payment holiday yet the advisor I spoke said i need to deal with that team. . They said the colleague i dealt with put full notes on my account to to action this and also you told me i woukd probably have to ring in again?? Thanks 😊

In that case you will need to call again as you did before, 150 is the free number to call Sky on.
