Bill query

Evening.

I've just seen that my up coming bill is £201.00 it's says that's it's carried over from previous bill but I've paid my current bill. Also why has it gone up my bill from £95.60 to £100.50.

It's been different every month since October when it's was £74.00.

I'm beginning to think about cancelling sky as I can't afford Hundred pounds something every month.

Re: Bill query

Bills going from £74 to £90 odd sounds like offers have ended, as for the £200 odd bill, double check the amount due section of billing see what that says, double check your online Banking make sure payment did not reverse, double check billing for any changes or additiond to subscription, no sky store movies or box office events, if still can't work it out call Sky, they will gladly help, and if offers have ended ask for value/reduce spend team

Was your previous bill paid, what does it say against this ?

You say you have paid your current bill but do you usually pay your bills by direct debit ?

I can't see anything on those images where it says it is being carried over from a previous bill and asto the £201 one that one isn't due to be paid until 5th July so could always change before then.

What is the amount on your June bill ?

Re: Bill query

Hey, So if you look at Julys bill is £100.50, the other section in July's bill is Junes being brought forward, Sky always do this until the bill is paid, So when you pay June's bill, July will amend itself to the correct amount, then August bill will so same and so on, always look at what the due amoount is and not the actual bill, you would be better going online to check the bills as they are more exspansive and easier to readm the bill being around £100.50 looks like no offers, but without seing the subscription i won't know for Defo, best thing to do is to call Sky, speak wioth Value and tailor the package to your needs
