Bill payments

My sky bill has came out my bank twice will I be refunded?

I'd recommend not making manual payments, as doing so won't necessarily stop the scheduled direct debit or card payment being made as well.

 

The extra payment will show as a credit on your Sky accountwhich will be used against your next bill, or can be refunded to your bank if you contact Sky and request it.

I don't have a direct debit set up, when I made the payment there was an error so assumed it hadn't gone through so I preceeded to make it again and after checking my online account tonight it has came out twice.

The same advice still applies for getting it refunded however the terms & conditions you agreed to state you should have a continuous card payment or direct debit setup for your payments.
