Why can’t I get the £15 a month deal incl Netflix?

New customers get this but I have been with you for over 18 years (Diamond customer) Why do I not get this deal?

 

Loyalty doesn't seem to pay.

@Pablo13  You're not talking to Sky by posting here, this is a customer led cimmunity.

 

You will have had your discounts when you were a new customer, all companies incentivise new customers in this way.  Tenure is irrelevant, however it is up to you to call to negotiate a deal if you feel your paying too much, or choose another provider.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You're not a new customer. Sky has no need to incentivise you with hefty discounts
