Bill payment

I've paid this month (£97 4th July)  am getting messages that I haven't paid please can this be cleared up

If you made a manual payment, it will most likely appear on your account as a credit against your next bill, leaving your current bill unpaid.

 

Manual payments are unnecessary (unless Sky ask you to make one) and can lead to issues such as this.

Remember  that the 4th  was Friday  and that payments take a couple of days to  show on your  sky account  and to be cleared  by the bank and that the payment   will  not show until Tuesday  of next week at the earliest and if you  have  a direct debit  setup the will take the payment  again  if you made a manual  payment  close to  your  payment  date
