Bill payment February

This has happened last month as well there is money in my account and the bill was said it wasn't paid as there was failure in collecting money. But when I came on to the app it say 0.00 balance. I have pressed other payment and paid €55 but NOW it's sayimg I'm in credit of €55. Please fix this
