Bill not paid

Bill was due 28/3/2025, the full money is still sat there waiting to be taken out. On my account it's saying 'bill paid' and it was last paid 28/2/25 and when I click onto future bills the bill for March is not there just April. 
I've spoken to the chatbot but there is no help from that and it sent 'account suspended' but I can't find ANYTHING as to say that my account has been suspended or anything. 
it won't let me talk to an actual person either.
