I am a fairly new Sky customer. After two months of being billed the correct amount I have now been billed more than double that, although I am on an 18 month contract.
Obviously all attempts to get online help are met with useless chat bot or automated self help which is all designed to offer promote new deals as they "assume" that a wrong bill means I am out of contract.
Any tips on how to contact a human or how to report this issue to sky to have it corrected?

Hey,
Always worth looking at your bill to see where the increases are, so that you can ask Sky to help with them.
You can try Sky Help Team on Twitter (X)
Alternatively, if you've got Facebook, message them here (you'll get a chat bot for a bit now, but should be able to chat to a real person tomorrow) https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100057818883146
You can phone the Sky Cusromer Services team (free if you have Sky landline/mobile) For some reason I can't type their number as one lines, so it starts 0333 then 759 followed by 1018 not sure what time they open, but it might be 8am to 8pm.
As you're in contract it should be easy to sort out,
When you signed up to Sky you would have got an eamil with all the charges/prices on them. If they are charging you more than the stated amount then I'm sure they will sort it easily for you. (worth having the email on hand)

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI would assume that bill covers more than one month. (Check the dates carefully)
Initial bills can be higher as you have to pay a month in advance (sounds like they've caught up with you).
Look at future bills - see if they are correct...
