Since I started using your broadband bill kept increasing for no reason And I'm not happy with that, I need you to decrease my bill. Thank you

Are you new to Sky, if so the first bills cover more than the usual 4 weeks so can be higher than usual.
Have you been with Sky for a while as it might be a discount is ending or has ended.
There is a price rise on 1st April which due to us paying in advance will be shown on your March bill.
