You are not addressing Sky posting on a customer helps customer forum...

I suspect you were informed how long your discounts last at the start of the contract - usually 18 or 24 months.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Probably your minimum term has finished and your discounts have finished and you are paying full list price foe all items on your package.
No when that happens Sky don't at the moment have to inform you, (though if ofcom get there way that might  change), but at present they just apply the full price to first bill after the date of your minimum term ends.

I notice you say "since March 26" you bil has doubled , we are now in September that 6 months before you noticed the increase, I presume you don't look at you bills  or your bank account very often.

As I said Sky don't inform when your term is actually up, however end date of you minimum term would told you the end date of discounts in the confirmation email  when you start started your contract, also if you troubled to look at your Sky bill regularly which you can either on by logging on to your account on the Sky .com web site or  the my sky app, it itemised and against  each item of you package it shows the full list price, the amount of discount applied including the end date of that discount and the actual amiunt for that item you have been charged tthat month. Therefore if did look at you bills regually you should been quite aware when your discount were ending and when full list price would be applied to your account. Had you done that you would not have been charged double as you put it for last six months. Because when your minimum term ends you have the choice of canceling you contract giving 31 days notice or negotiating a new minimum term discount package or just carry on rolling monthly basis at full price.

I am not sure if you were a new customer when your started your present contract or an existing  customer, but if you were new customer the discounts you were offered are usually very good and get very low price for you package compared with paying the full price that you are probably now paying so it come as bit of shock when this minimum term end and the full price of you package compared is applied.

so you now have a choice you can either cancel with Sky and find another provider, which as a new customer to them would probably get anther cheap package, however at the minimum term with them you will be in the same boat as you are now with Sky, paying full and probably paying quite considerably more with them. Or you can contact Sky and negotiate a new minimum term with them. Ishould also add that if you were new customer at beginning of you present contract, you are now a exsisting customer and the discounts I am afraid are not as good as they are for new customers.

One finial point that I have not mentioned is in April there was general anual price increase to list price of you products that would attributed the total increase of your bill since March, however that increase Sky would informed about in either aenai or letter at the time, probably in March.
