Bill gone up
My Sky Sports and Broadband packages have just gone up, I called to cancel them based on the increase and they said as I'm in contract I can't cancel. I thought I had 30 days from receiving notification to cancel - can someone let me know if I'm right or not?

Re: Bill gone up
Have they gone up due to a discount ending or due to the annual price rise and what TV service do you have from Sky ?

Re: Bill gone up
The penalty free cancellation option is only for Sky+, Sky Q and Broadband/Talk subscriptions and you need to call the number in the letter or email within 30 days of receiving it.
If that's what you've done you need to call again.
