Bill enquiry

Hi I've checked my bill, I'm not sure why I have an additional payment of just over £5. Kind regards Diane

What does your bill say the £5 is for or are you saying it has increased by £5 from last months bill ?

That suggests either you have made a change to your account or that a discount is ending are the rest of the billing period will probably show a different amount.
