Bill due

My bill is due to be taken on Monday but I've changed my dd details today as my bank as had fraud will they try to take from my new details .

Almost certainly not. I'd wait for notification from Sky which should indicate what you need to do.

Tried to call do can't get through does anyone of any way other I can contact email etc

You should be able to get through on the phone, the tip is to stay on the line when asked anything by the bot and remain silent although at this stage I'm not sure what more they can add to what @Mark39 has posted.
