I'm wondering why if I have paid the bill upfront why would sky be trying to take money when it already states paid on my bill how is a company not paying attention to the payments and still trying to take money.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Vai Did you make a manual payment, if so why? You will have a recurring payment method setup either card or direct debit, making manual payments won't stop this, therefore don't make manual payments and this won't happen

Because I like to pay my bills before they are due one it's easier for me and never in my life have i heard such nonsense as other companies stop the charge from debit etc bt virgin and others like even mobile networks etc Tesco mobile 3 etc.
