Hi
we have moved house and have unfortunately had to cancel my plan.
we are staying with friends and unable to move our plan to the new house until we move into our nee house next year.
I have received a bill after the account was settled.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThis is quite normal. Bills are generated two weeks before the payment date so was probably created when you were still a subscriber. Any overpayment will be reimbursed by Sky, usually within 6 weeks but maybe a little longer in view of the holiday period.

the bill has nothing been paid. Sky are requesting payment, and will add additional surcharge if not paid.
