Hello,
has anyone managed to get in contact with someone to arrange a "promise to pay" on another date and had their account reinstated?
payment from work date changed this month which led to my account being restricted and need it to work from home!

It's an automated system, and once your services are restricted, the only way to reinstate them is to pay the amount outstanding and re-setup your direct debit or monthly card payment.
