I have ended my sky subscription and they are still billing me. Iv paid £71 I owed but im not paying anything else

You obviously have to pay up to, and including the last day of your connection. As bills are generated 14 days before payment date it was probably created whilst you were still a customer. Any overpayment will be reimbursed.

Remember you have to give notice to cancel - billing continues completely as normal until that date has passed.   (Bills are generated 14 days before billing date and include the month in advance)

 

How did you cancel and have you had confirmation?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own
