Biling

I re- new my contract yesterday which for tv and broadband was going to be £140.49 but going on my app not even paid the first months payment the bill is already showing at £148.49, this can't really go on!!!!! This as to be classed as fraud Shorley!!!!  In the last week I have spoke to sky!!! Which as gone to an Indian call centre, which I have had at least 6 major errors, when I get through to a uk centre I seem to get stuff sorted, please can I get hold of a uk a person, my account is uk my tv is uk, my broadband is uk,  my mobile is uk, why can't I ring uk

@Anthony1072 it might be a partial charge, have you checked future bills to see if they are as expected

Comcast (Sky), along with many companies, outsource their call centres. Comcast is an American company based in Philadelphia.

 

There is no direct route to a UK based agent. Calls go to the next available agent wherever they are based.,
