My daughter is on sky mobile plan but sadly passed away in March 2025

@milksnake  I'm sorry to hear of your loss, you will need to contact Sky as per this link Inform us of the death of an account holder | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com  there is a messaging option available.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
