We have a simple contract with you as confirmed on the 5th June for sky full fibre 150, £26 month discounted for 24 months. We also have a contract with you confirming on the 11th June for a basis sky tv package including Netflix for £28.93 discounted from £39.95 for 24 months. This totals £54.95, we have no add on services and not requested any. Our current bill is £101 and makes no sense to us with pages of tv add ons. We spoke to Calvin and all he was interested in was selling us further products. We are grossly overpaying and are considering all of our options at the moment
Does the bill cover a period longer than one month?
What do future bills show?
(Remember prices are not fixed - they will increase but you'll be notified about that)
This is a customer led forum - you are not contacting Sky customer services.
@GMW83
In case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.
Which TV add-ons are you being charged for that you didn't agree to?
Thanks no problem.

Can you answer the questions @PandJ2020 and I have raised? We may be able to advise you further.
Hi @GMW83 If you look closely on your bill, does it have -xx days against any items? If it does then it is playing catchup for the previous period (-xx days) as well as the future month.
hi there, having the same issue, is there any update?
if they could find a solution for the issue

Account issues (if there's actually an 'issue' - it's quite often a misunderstanding) can only really be resolved in liaising with Sky.
You can explain your (specific) issue here and we may be able to advise...
