Being double billed

Hi, I've looked at my sky glass bill, I'm being charged twice for my packages my bill is double, I'm being billed twice for sky cinema, sky ultimate, Netflix a few times and all for the same date period and at slightly different rates, being charged £144 quid!!! Should be around 70, y would I have two sky cinema pankages etc etc, showing as 30 day and being charged and showing as having the pack and being charged. Why would I pay for a 30 day roll on when I pay for the package?!

Are these amounts for the same billing period so is it for the same four weeks for each item ?
