Being charged twice for multiscreen?
Hi my mother passed away and I am looking through our sky bill now and it seems very high with packages that don't seem to exist and charges that seem to have been doubled, specifically multiscreen which seems to be appear twice in the bill. We do have 2 sky + boxes but surely you only pay multiscreen once?

Re: Being charged twice for multiscreen?
@Al_the_saint for Sky+ boxes, the Multiscreen subscription is charged per box.

'Variety' is an extremely old bundle (discontinued for new customers before 2018, I believe) : it's since been superceded by 'Entertainment' and then 'Signature'. The price is high because you've presumably never recontracted onto a discounted minimum term with a current product, and you're also paying the full list price for all the assorted add-ons.
Moving to Sky Q would achieve a saving, and Sky Stream even more so.

Re: Being charged twice for multiscreen?
Thanks for the info, looking at the sky website i can swap to sky stream and it will cost about £60 a month and a £40 setup fee. If I do this will my bill automatically come down once I get it set up? or do I need to cancel all the old packages, sorry if it's a basic question never had to do this stuff before

Re: Being charged twice for multiscreen?
Activation of the new platform would end all subscriptions on the previous one.
