Being charged for old phone after upgrade

I have recently upgraded my phone from an Iphone 12 to iphone 15 and I am still being charged for it. I had an email saying i had paid it off and was due an upgrade so i did and i have had a look on my billing and are being charged £23.75

That can't be right because if you have paid it off then it belongs to you can't can't be upgraded, I suspect the email says that you can now upgrade.

Billing does continue until the company that handles the returns for Sky has inspected the device and your account has been updated. If it has been a while since you returned it and the tracking shows that ut has been delivred then call Sky on 150 for an update
