Anyone with a solution???? - Been Sky custimer for 17 years but moved out of previous home mid April but new place not ready so phoned Sky to say "moving home but not moved in" and Sky agreed to put hold on billing and account services until June when new place ready and told to retain Sky kit. After 2 weeks received "pay for not returning Sky kit" email so phoned Sky and was told account recredited and to notify Sky when new place ready. 2 weeks later (mid May same demand again so phoned again and 'prtomised' same (re-credit and June notoification date).
Another 2 weeks "servcies terminated and charged you for not returning Sky kit" so phoned again but wouldnt connect to a person until I paid outstanding charges!!!! Sent 4 emails but no response - so frozen out of Sky unless I pay unreasonable and unwarrented 'charges' that I was told twice previously would not be charged.

Find out moreNot sure what they told you as Sky does not put accounts on hold so they might have cancelled your account when you first spoke to them instead which would explain why you are received the notification about not returning your equipment. So your might want to register a complaint if you were misinformed so when doing so give them dates and times that you spoke to them so of needs be they can listen to what was said to you:
