On Tuesday I had a sky engineer booked to come between 8am - 1pm. I took the day off work so I could be in for the appointment. It gets to 1:30pm and no one has turned up so I ring sky and to told no one was assigned the job. And that I could rebook and the only date they gave me was a Sunday and now I'm being charged extra without even knowing until I looked at my bill and I am also being charged for a missed appointment.. which I did not miss.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThere's a premium charged for a weekend appointment on top of the charge you've already paid. I believe it's £65 for,a basic appojtmemnt and an additional £15 for the weekend.
