Hi, just noticed on my June bill that im being charged £1 for a suppossedly "free" SIM card that came with my phone, has never been activated /used as I kept my old SIM and number. I was told over two years ago when I got the phone "not to worry about that. Just put your own sim card in and use away. The initial £1 will ve refunded to you".

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreCall Sky on 150 for help with this as usually they wouldn't charge if a sim was activated as you only have 30 days to do that before the sim would be cancelled.
