Before you continue with your order, it looks like you've got a bill outstanding.

I tried to sign up to Sky Broadband but the site says "Before you continue with your order, it looks like you've got a bill outstanding." I pay by DD and my account is in credit - why does the site say this?

All you can do is to call Sky to have them place the order for you, they might be able to look into this message you are seeing at the same time.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

Hi, I was following a link from Uswitch to get the £80 voucher, but I call Sky to place the order I cannot get the voucher. I will call Sky to have the glitch sorted. And re-try the Uswitch link.
