@Rajareddy  For the community to help you'll need to provide more details than you have, what TV subscription do you currently have?

I have subscription for full Fibre 500

Includes Sky Pay As You Talk
Includes Sky WiFi Max
 
 
Now I would like to add netflix to this subscription . I went to the deails and trying to upgrade to add netflix link is not working I am getting the following error .
 

 

Unfortunately we can't process your request online right now

 

Please try again later or alternatively view the status of your account.

@Rajareddy You can't add just netflix to Sky broadband you need a base TV pack that includes netflix, so will mean signing up top Sky Q or Sky Stream https://www.sky.com/broadband
