Bad customer service

Yesterday I was on the phone to Sky , for a simple upgrade to Sky Glass. I have been on the phone for 8 hours (yesterday and today).

They managed to mess up my email, can't send or receive messages. Half the advisors don't know what they are doing, it's a no wonder Sky want you to do everything online. In the end they lost a sale, but still waiting for them to sort my email, was told it could take up to 3 weeks

What do you mean by this as Sky support wouldn't have access to your own email account ?

Why did you not do your  order  by signing  in to your  account  on the sky website, I did it that way and ordered  my second sky glass  tv  and had no problems, or order it on your my sky app  again  just sign in
