BIlling issue on Macbook Air

Hi, I've just recived a text about an error in my Sky Mobile payment details for the MacBook Air I ordered with a link to change them. It sends me to a page that is restricted both on the website and the app so I can't change them. 

Can anyone help?

The first thing to ask is are you sure this email is a legit one from Sky as they wouldn't usually send you an email out of the blue with a link to "go to your account" as there are so many of these scam emails going around so you need to treat emails like this with caution.

What does it say is actually wrong with your details ?

It appeared to be from the same number I've had correspondence before. URL is sky.com/mobile-payment and sky.com/mobilebilling help. Both link to a page that says 'This page is restricted'.
