You will need to agree to a new 18 month contract if they do offer you something.

Thank you, this has saved me £900 over a new 18 month contract

My bill is just about to be increased by circa £17/mth. I was offered a new HD box and this would actually reduce my current bill by £5/mth, I don't want a new box as I would lose everything in my recordings. Seems absolutely ridiculous. Currently I'm going to watch as much as possible in my recordings in the next couple of weeks and then cancel

Presumably a Q box to replace a Sky+ HD box: there are no 'new' HD boxes and haven't been since 2015 when Sky+ manufacture ceased.
