Awaiting my Refund

I cancelled my Sky Broadband and the service ended 27th August.

There is a credit on my current Bill. My payment details are still active.

When will I get my refund please?

If you call Sky today and they issue the refund then at the very latest it should be with you by this time next week.

Sky quote upto 6 weeks.  But you may wish to call to expedite this...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
