Awaiting Refund from Sky

Hello. We ended our sky contract in July. We were charged the full amount for our July payment and were advised we would be refunded for the rest of the month we didn't have access to the account (policy ended 11/07/25). I still haven't received my refund. When can I expect to receive this please?

Refunds are apparently taking longer than the usual 6 weeks from your last day of connection.

 

We could normally escalate this to Sky on here via their Messaging Team but unfortunately the process is currently switched off and will be for a couple of weeks. You will need to contact Sky and speak to an agent by other means; through social media, Sky Assistant or by calling in perhaps.

 

Saying nothing when asked the reason for your call usually helps in getting put in the queue.

You should now see a credit on your account @Victoria310 so if you do as advised above you will need to contact Sky so they can refund it and if you have left your payment method in place they will be able to do it via this.
