Automatic compensation

Just received automatic compensation and I was wondering if I could get that straight to my bank account and not in credit

Whilst you still have an active account it will be used for future bills.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

You'll have to call Sky but expect them to say no.
