Auto Compensation

Hi was just wondering how the auto compensation works? Sky was suppose to fit full fibre on the 2nd June 2 visitors later.

sky have cancelled the order and said full fibre isn't available in my area!

I have lost 2 work days, plus childcare days I've explained this to sky and said give them 30 days and I will receive some kind of compensation. Does it actually take 30 days?

Would they pay my days ive had to have of work? Thanks

Yes, it takes up to 30 days from the point the issue is resolved.

Any compensation is at a fixed rate. It takes no account of your lost work days (Sky disallow use of your broadband for work purposes).

If you've had your non-fibre broadband without break, I'm not sure you would be entitled to any automatic compensation for Sky's inability to fit fibre.
